I brought my Traverse in for an oil change/tire rotation on Tuesday, January 20th at 10:30a.m. I had another appointment scheduled for Noon on that day requiring me to be at home. I explained to Kelsie that I'd like to be on my way home by 11:30, she advised that most oil changes take up to one and a half hours, so I crossed my fingers and sat in the waiting area. Much to my delight, within 45 minutes she was calling my name that the Traverse work had been completed. She stayed in touch with me during my wait, and was professional and courteous when explaining the issue with the rear toe links. I appreciate Garber customer service representatives, and especially Kelsie, with their professionalism and courteous ways when explaining issues, especially to a woman of my age, late 70's.

Very appreciative of the courtesy of the staff, the help getting my battery replaced within a day, and quality work. Just a bit taken aback at the unexpected high cost of the additional parts and labor to replace the cable along with the battery. Was called to say they needed to replace a post because of corrosion but no estimate of the additional cost. The expected $200 became almost $500. The receipt showed the wrong vehicle - a Chevy Spark instead of a Chevy Equinox. I’ll need to check to see if the VIN on the receipt is correct.
