Tyler is awesome worked with him for months before my purchase, he’s very professional but also fun. Knows what he’s talking about. Found exactly the Trax that I wanted. I would recommend him too any human that would listen to me.

Got me an appointment the day I had free

I came in for a simple oil change and was told it would take about an hour and a half. That was already longer than I expected, but I tried to be understanding. Unfortunately, it ended up taking over two hours—and when I finally left, I noticed my check engine light had come on, which was not on when I arrived. This forced me to turn around and come back, resulting in a total of three hours at the dealership for what should’ve been a routine service. I understand staffing shortages can happen, but this experience was far below the level of professionalism and efficiency I’ve come to expect—not only from Garber, but from any GM-certified dealership. It was frustrating, disappointing, and frankly makes me second-guess returning to the Midland location for future service needs. To be clear, this is not a reflection on the woman who assisted me at the counter. She was kind, courteous, and handled the situation as best as she could. Likewise, I’ve had a great experience with the sales team—especially Kari, who checked in with me during my visit. This review is about the service process and lack of care that I experienced at the time, which left a very negative impression.
